Communication throughout was very prompt, clear and helpful. Tony clearly has a passion for his work and enjoys explaining the process, which is reassuring as a client. He even offered some advice on how to improve our planned renovations and we will likely use his service again. Tony is also very professional and cleans up nicely once work is completed.

Came out short notice on a Sunday to fix our boiler that had stopped working when we tried to put the heating on just as I got frosty outside! Friendly and polite, dismantled the boiler and replaced a part, then stayed for a short while to make sure it was all working as it should. Would definitely call again
