Came out short notice on a Sunday to fix our boiler that had stopped working when we tried to put the heating on just as I got frosty outside! Friendly and polite, dismantled the boiler and replaced a part, then stayed for a short while to make sure it was all working as it should. Would definitely call again

Tony did an excellent job at very short notice. As if 2020 had not been bad enough, my boiler decided to break down on New Year's Eve. I was left without heating and hot water in the cold weather. Tony came out to inspect as soon as I contacted him for help. I was immediately struck by how knowleageble he was about the Glow Worm boiler. A day later he fitted a new boiler and this was done on a Saturday despite the current working conditions. Very tidy and alot of thought went into the installation to ensure that my new kitchen cupboards, tiles and worktop remained intact despite having to gain access to sealed parts. Excellent workmanship. Tony is very friendly too and showed alot of care and concern for me as an individual. I am very very grateful for the service and above all for putting a smile on my face in these challenging times.

Tony replaced our boiler and changed it's location from a bedroom to our loft. The work was done at a really reasonable price and in really good time, not to mention on 2 of the hottest days of the year which cant have made life easy!! Contact with Tony was easy and swift and he seemed friendly and approachable. Tony went over and above in tidying up after the job, he even reshaped some shelving to go around the new pipework for us which I'm sure isn't really in the job description! Would highly recommend!

Tony fitted a new boiler and an Immersion heater for us, ably helped by Karl. They were great, even going the extra mile (literally) when the merchants gave him the wrong boiler he drove 3hrs to the depot to get the right one! Super tidy and neat, great job. Tony gave me a very competitive quote to replace my old boiler, advising on the most suitable for me , not the most expensive and was able to carry out the work the same week. He worked non stop, apart from a cup of coffee. Was so respectful, polite and tidy. There was no mess and Tony cleaned everything with antibacterial before leaving. He worked so hard all day and provided a friendly, professional service, couldn't ask for more and would recommend to anyone .Thanks Tony.

The Initial inspection was conducted promptly and efficiently and the quotation provided within three hours of inspection. The task was to replace the central heating boiler. The quote from Taylormade was significantly less than other contractors. The work was conducted a week after quotation. The work was done efficiently and with due regard to tidiness and cleanliness. All work completed within a good time. In all regards a timely and professionally conducted piece of work.
