I have used Plumbsafe numerous times now and highly recommend them. I have a couple of properties and Brook has keys to all and looks after them all for me. I have just had a new shower room fitted in one, I just explained what I wanted and didn't even need to pick the shower or any of the other parts, Plumbsafe and Brook picked up everything for me, and fitted it around my painters and joiners working in between. We had to work to a deadline and as always they came up trumps. Plumbsafe now do all of my families plumbing which has included new boilers and gas safety checks.

Plumbsafe Plumbing & Heating Ltd is a growing company based in Swansea south Wales. It was started in the middle of a recession and has been growing ever since. Started off as a 1 man band in 2010 as a sole trader but now has a a number of trades working together on a sub contract basis. It started trading as a Ltd company in April of 2018.
We carry out anything from simple tap washer replacements, to full installs in new builds and renovations. We specialise in bathroom design and renovation and have some of the leading bathroom and tile retailers in south wales behind us.
We are strong believers in "one man cant do it all" each and every trade we use as sub contractors stick to their trained trade we find this ensures a high level of workmanship is maintained throughout the job, as well as supporting the local trades and economy. What are the benefits of installing an unvented cylinder?
There are a number of benefits from a unvented cylinder the main ones are as follows ....... Fast bath fills and also powerful showers, if there is the likely hood of two baths or two showers going at once it will keep up with the demand as long as its been sized up properly. If you suffer from poor flow rates a combi wont be a suitable option, unvented cylinders are basically a store of pressurized water so you will have better flow rates throughout your property. If you have a big property with 3 or more bathrooms or more than 1 bath this system is a must due to your high hot water demands As there is a store of hot water. These cylinders are very economical and will keep your water warm for a very long time with out the demand form the boiler. For instance we have one fitted in a flat we own as a rental, once the hot water is up to temp you can leave it for days and it will only drop a few degrees if the hot water has not been used. But please remember you have to use a fully qualified installer although these cylinders have a number of safety devices and installed properly they are very good. Put in incorrectly and your basically sitting on a bomb that will blow half your house apart. They need to be registered with building control and safety inspection every 12 months is a must to ensure correct operation.
