Daniel responded very quickly to my initial enquiry. He knew the fault and took his time to explain things to me. The day he came to do the work he was spot on time. He was tidy, polite and just got on with job. An absolute pleasure to feel like I had an honest tradesmen that wasn’t trying to rip me off. Work was of high standard. We had been having trouble with our boiler/ central heating for 3 years. We had various heating engineers look at it. Daniel was able to confirm the problem was an old one pipe system that had had a new Combi boiler added. Once the problem was diagnosed, the job was done quickly. The price was very competitive, and the completed work was high quality. It took 2 days to complete the work, and Daniel replaced carpets in the rooms where we had lifted them for access to the floorboards. The rooms were left tidy and clean. Overall, we are very pleased with the work carried about, and would absolutely recommend North East Heating & Plumbing.

Why service a boiler? What are the benefits of boiler servicing?
Annual boiler services are now becoming compulsory to ensure that manufacturers extended warranties are obtainable, and as a qualified experienced heating engineer I'm happy about this. An annual boiler service does not just keep your boiler functioning as the manufacturer intended and within emission levels but also your service engineer will be able to identify any arising faults and finding these early can be much more cost beneficial to you the customer.
What is the best Baxi boiler for a 2-3 bedroom house?

What is the best paint colour for a small bathroom with no windows?
A light neutral colour would be best for a windowless bathroom, but well placed mirrors that are illuminated can help create an illusion of space and light too. This combined with well placed down lighters and finished with light coloured furnishings can all help to create a light and airy bathroom even one without windows.
