Daniel responded very quickly to my initial enquiry. He knew the fault and took his time to explain things to me. The day he came to do the work he was spot on time. He was tidy, polite and just got on with job. An absolute pleasure to feel like I had an honest tradesmen that wasn’t trying to rip me off. Work was of high standard. We had been having trouble with our boiler/ central heating for 3 years. We had various heating engineers look at it. Daniel was able to confirm the problem was an old one pipe system that had had a new Combi boiler added. Once the problem was diagnosed, the job was done quickly. The price was very competitive, and the completed work was high quality. It took 2 days to complete the work, and Daniel replaced carpets in the rooms where we had lifted them for access to the floorboards. The rooms were left tidy and clean. Overall, we are very pleased with the work carried about, and would absolutely recommend North East Heating & Plumbing.

I have used Dan before to fit a new boiler his work was first class This time I had a few jobs I needed doing before starting work on a new kitchen. I was very impressed by the high standard of the whole boiler replacement process. Daniel gave a competitive quote, and was prompt in arranging the boiler installation. He and his assistant Michael fitted the boiler with the minimum of fuss and cleaned up any mess of their making. Daniel and Michael were very pleasant and non-intrusive. Daniel was very knowledgeable about new government regulations and boiler certification. Reassuringly, Daniel suggested that we use him as first port of call if there were any future boiler problems. I can think of no way that Daniel could have improved his performance and would highly recommend him without reservation to anyone considering installing a new boiler.

I have just had 3 chrome towel rails fitted and I am very happy with the job completed by Daniel. He came out prior to doing the job and told me exactly what he would need to do and how much it would cost. On the day Daniel arrived at the time he said he would and was very professional and friendly throughout the installation. He has done a brilliant job and my new towel rails look great. The price was very reasonable and there where no hidden costs. Daniel is very experienced and gave me extra advise about my heating system. My house was left clean and tidy and I will deffinately be using Daniel again in the future. Thank you.
