Having been let down by another installer, we reached out to Marc for a very last minute new central heating system installation. He responded within minutes, came out to quote the next day and with his trusty side kick Phil, installed a brand new system - boiler, pipes, radiators, the works the following week and within two days. He was onsite by 8am and didn't leave before 5pm, grafted all day and tidied up after himself. He managed all the registration and paperwork and even came back to rectify a minor fault with the meter that wasn't his issue to fix. Highly recommended and will use him again for servicing etc.

Nestor plumbing is highly recommended, Marc’s service and Professionalism is outstanding! Contacted Nestor plumbing who gave us a reasonable quote in 24 hours and the price quoted was the price paid! Marc was extremely helpful helping us solve problems we currently had with our existing bathroom and was there to give us advice when we were unsure about things. Extremely reliable was here everyday on time and worked solidly through the day. After care service was amazing too had a few tweaks which he came and sorted straight away. We are very happy with Nestor plumbing, will highly recommend and we would definitely use his services in the future.

Marc was recommended to me after a host of plumbers had failed to sort my issue or did not want the job. From the first phone call Marc was professional and came round almost straight away. The issue I had with my plumbing was a tricky one and very confusing but Marc is very knowledgeable and got the problem sorted at a very reasonable price. I can't recommend Marc enough and will definitely call on him in the future.

What are the common causes of blocked drains?
Two most common faults for a blocked drain is food waste/fat/grease in the kitchen sink and hair in the bathroom waste, either bath, shower or basin can easily get blocked, and drain cleaner doesn’t have an impact. Try removing the waste trap from under the sink/bath, shower or basin and see if that’s all that is blocked first, otherwise a professional will be required
What is the best paint colour for a small bathroom with no windows?
Either needs to be a light colour, or if you want a stylish hotel feel, then can go for a dark colour but with several down-lights, to lighten the room and avoid that dark gloomy cave feel. Make sure its a bathroom suitable tough paint, and that the room is well ventilated by a decent extractor.
Which bathroom trends should be avoided?
Avoid fashionable suites and tiles, as they will date very quickly. A white suite is neutral, clean and smart looking, with a nice wall finish will always look timeless. Avoid black and dark colours in wet areas, particularly if you live in an area with hard water/limescale. Chrome over brass
