I rang Masterheat for a replacement boiler, Shaun quoted for and carried out the supply and installation of same. I was most impressed with Shaun he was very efficient in providing a quote and once given the go ahead he was very quick to install. He was extremely efficient and professional throughout the entire process and always arrived when he said he would. I am very pleased the the result and would highly recommend Masterheat and Shaun for providing a first class service and experience.

We have had issues with a pre installed Nest Thermostat in our house. The heating was coming on in the middle of the night when it shouldn’t be. We contact Shaun at Masterheat. Shaun was great - he took us through the thermostat step by step and allowed us to change settings within the system. Friendly service and very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Shaun was incredibly helpful and professional in the recent replacement and upgrade of my central heating boiler and shower. He took me thourgh the options and took time to explain all of the associated works required, so that I could make an informed decision of what type of boiler to have installed to replace my old one. The workmanship is first class, and there was no fuss, nor mess in the house either. Thoroughly recommended

Shaun doesn’t just fit boilers, but he’s passionate about his work and clearly knows his field exceptionally well. His quote was very reasonable too compared to others. He installed our boiler a year ago and just completed the first annual service. I now feel that I have enough experience with the boiler to give an honest review. I’m very happy with the Intergas boiler and Honeywell thermostat we have. More than enough pressure to quickly fill the bath or when taking a hot shower. I used the iPhone App to set up a heating schedule and didn’t have to adjust anything since then. We enjoy the constant temperature around the house, and condensation on windows is a thing of the past too. Shaun is a nice person and a true professional. He always showed up on time and did a very neat job with the boiler. I’m happy to recommend him to anybody who asks me.
