I rang Masterheat for a replacement boiler, Shaun quoted for and carried out the supply and installation of same. I was most impressed with Shaun he was very efficient in providing a quote and once given the go ahead he was very quick to install. He was extremely efficient and professional throughout the entire process and always arrived when he said he would. I am very pleased the the result and would highly recommend Masterheat and Shaun for providing a first class service and experience.

We have had issues with a pre installed Nest Thermostat in our house. The heating was coming on in the middle of the night when it shouldn’t be. We contact Shaun at Masterheat. Shaun was incredibly helpful and professional in the recent replacement and upgrade of my central heating boiler and shower. He took me thourgh the options and took time to explain all of the associated works required, so that I could make an informed decision of what type of boiler to have installed to replace my old one. Shaun doesn’t just fit boilers, but he’s passionate about his work and clearly knows his field exceptionally well. His quote was very reasonable too compared to others. He installed our boiler a year ago and just completed the first annual service. I now feel that I have enough experience with the boiler to give an honest review. I’m very happy with the Intergas boiler and Honeywell thermostat we have. More than enough pressure to quickly fill the bath or when taking a hot shower. I used the iPhone App to set up a heating schedule and didn’t have to adjust anything since then. We enjoy the constant temperature around the house, and condensation on windows is a thing of the past too. Shaun is a nice person and a true professional. He always showed up on time and did a very neat job with the boiler. I’m happy to recommend him to anybody who asks me.

Shaun is a great guy, when our boiler failed he rearranged his work to sort us out as soon as possible, even though the job took longer and was more difficult than he expected he kept to his quote. We are super happy with the new system, more efficient and controlled from the Honeywell app.

Shaun installed the boiler, he could have used the same outlet to roof as existing boiler but went to a great deal of trouble to make a new outlet, so as to not have any bends in outlet pipe,the only extra was making good ceiling plaster. My boiler is 5 years old, Shaun is always on time to do annual service and clears up any mess.

Shaun from Masterheat was both very professional and incredibly friendly. He was able to explain everything that we needed and has a good knowledge of all the technology in his field and was able to give appropriate recommendations which turned out to be great and saved us some money. The work was carried out very professionally, leaving everything neat and tidy. The set up is fantastic and suits us down to the ground without being the most expensive that it could be. Shaun took care of everything, going above and beyond at more than one point to minimise disruption to us. He even sorted out a previously blocked pipe for us. Excellent job and great service with the absolute minimum of hassle.

Shaun came to install central heating and a combi boiler into a very neglected old Victorian house, which previously had only ancient storage heaters. It proved a tricky job with a labyrinth of original lead pipes to deal with. Shaun explained all the problem solving along the way and we always felt completely confident in his workmanship. He worked quietly, efficiently and always cleaned up after a day's work. We are very pleased with the final result and would definitely recommend him.

very happy with the completed work. Shaun was very punctual and on the day even text me to say he was 90 mins away. Once the thermostat had been installed he programmed all the settings on the nest and even the app on my phone and explained how it worked fully and clearly.

From start to finish he provided a very friendly,thorough and professional service and always made sure his tools and everywhere was left tidy before he left. Nothing was to much trouble for him either,he was always polite and respected my property at all times,before any work was started he put floor protection down where needed,he even covered the top of a door he had to remove so it wouldn't mark my wall. When job was complete he ran through everything with me and all rubbish and old boiler was taken away. I called Shawn in regards to upgrading my existing analogue heating thermostats to Nest. Originally on the Nest website, my system and the wiring was quoted as being incompatible so I was put off doing anything and perhaps looking at alternatives. However, once I spoke to Shawn he knew exactly how to re-wire the controls to make them work with nest. He was friendly, professional and took his time walking through the whole system to me and helping me understand how I could further benefit from energy savings with little tweaks around the home.

Shaun arrived when he said and supplied the thermostat. It was one he had suggested when I first contacted him and seemed to work as we wanted. He happily answered our questions before installing and, as it was the first time he had put in this model worked carefully and ran through all the menu options with me. He also followed up a week later with a few tweeks suggested by Honeywell as we have an oil fired boiler. Very pleased with it and the whole install was pain free.

Shaun gave an excellent service right from first consultation all the way through to installation. Very tidy and his work is very neat. He recommended an unheard of boiler, and was initially very sceptical, but after reading the reviews I was very relaxed. Would highly recommend Shaun, his service and the boiler. To top it all, the job was very reasonable considering the amount of work. Post installation he has been very helpful, which reinforces my respect for this guy.
