Water damaged house and no response from these cowboys posted 20/10/2021

Not even deserving of 1 star. These guys are absolute cowboys. Had a new boiler fitted October last year, installed by two 10 year olds. They showed up real late and then attitude in the office called to give me attitude when I told them I had waited around and now was out of time for the installation. I look and sound young but I’m not, pretty sure she’d have lost the attitude if she thought I was in my 40’s+. Was told they could install and they’d lock up upon leaving - they left my back door unlocked when they left. Didn’t install the boiler correctly, no air trap, inadequate drain away pipeage - confirmed by the manufacturers when visiting my house as the boiler had flooded (we’re talking monsoon) 3 times! Entire ground floor is now water damaged and going through a massive insurance claim, whole lot is having to be ripped out and done again. Manufacturers said installers, i.e. gas smart, were to come out and rectify the poor installation and surprise, surprise it’s complete radio silence from them. Not a dicky bird. Had one attitudinal email from Christopher - the owner and when it was confirmed it was their fault, nothing more. No correspondence at all. Will be reporting them. From reading reviews, it looks as though they take the mick if you’ve gone through the boiler grant scheme. If you’re referred to this company via the scheme, avoid at all costs!
