I would highly recommend Fenna and Company Ltd to come and clean your solar panels as we have now got a lot of extra kilo wattage from them and hadn’t realised how dirty they were. All finished with special cleaners and very happy.

Sometimes when you see a five star review you wonder how honest it is. Having had quite a few jobs carried out by James since we moved into the area earlier this year, I can say he is every bit the 5 star contractor and person. He’s extremely professional and polite at every appointment. Some of the bigger jobs has been left as clean as it was prior to work commencement. Agreed costs are always honoured. There was no job James was unable to attend to especially plumbing and electrical works. I would highly recommend James for any work required. He’s 100% trustworthy and reliable which makes him a perfect contractor for a variety of clients, male, female young and old.

How often should a house be rewired?
There is currently no set maximum guidelines for when a house should be raided, however if you have an older property +20 years with original wiring (usually old wiring colours such as red and black) it would be advisable to rewire along with any major refurbishment to the property such as a new kitchen or bathroom etc as the likely hood the current consumer unit would not meet current wiring regulations and or not be protected by RCDs for certain circuits.
What is the average cost to rewire a house?
This can vary immensely based on lots of criteria, age of and build type of house, amount of rooms and circuits required, but on average for a standard 2-3 bed house i would budget for between £3000-£5000 for a full rewire with new CU and wiring accessories such as socket faceplates and light swithes etc
