I would highly recommend Fenna and Company Ltd to come and clean your solar panels as we have now got a lot of extra kilo wattage from them and hadn’t realised how dirty they were. All finished with special cleaners and very happy.

Due to some damage on a white gloss kitchen door James visited to assess, concluding that it was to deep to repair. He then took the measurements of the drawer front, sourced a perfect match and returned to fit it. All done in a professional and timely manner. First class service from a small local business.

Sometimes when you see a five star review you wonder how honest it is. Having had quite a few jobs carried out by James since we moved into the area earlier this year, I can say he is every bit the 5 star contractor and person. He’s extremely professional and polite at every appointment. Some of the bigger jobs has been left as clean as it was prior to work commencement. Agreed costs are always honoured. There was no job James was unable to attend to especially plumbing and electrical works. I would highly recommend James for any work required. He’s 100% trustworthy and reliable which makes him a perfect contractor for a variety of clients, male, female young and old.

James came to look at some wiring which we had been advised was not sufficient to power our oven. Clearly explained the problem and possible solutions and quickly provided a quote for the work. Was able to come and carry this out soon after to save us having to manage too long without an oven. Very efficient service.

James Fenna has now undertaken two jobs for me and both times I have been so impressed not only by the quality of his work and his willingness to ensure things were exactly as I wished, but also by the fact that he always responds straightaway to messages, is very reliable, polite, and always turns up on time. These are qualities I value, and which are often sadly missing these days. Can highly recommend and I will be calling on his skills again in the future.

James did an excellent job fitting a new sink in our downstairs shower room; it is absolutely top notch. He goes the extra mile and is always polite and courteous to deal with and responds promptly to any requests or queries. He fitted in an additional job for us while he was here, and finished the downstairs sink with sparkling new tiling for no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

Have just had Fenna and Company in to replace all the guttering on our house and can safely say James is one of the best tradesman we have dealt with having had quite a lot of work done on the house over the last couple of years. He responds promptly to communication, turns up when agreed and keeps you informed along the way with progress and any snags uncovered during the project. Would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future.

I needed an Electrician to replace my smoke detectors and placed a message on St. Neots recommendations and got a response immediately from quite a few people recommending James Fenna of Fenna & Company, I made arrangements for the following afternoon at 2, when James arrived he instantly pointed out the smoke detectors that we had already bought were the wrong ones and told me I needed mains with battery backup and gave me the item code number on which ones we needed. I popped to Screwfix to get the smoke detectors. James returned the following morning at 9.30am and has flitted them both. He represented his company with professionalism and efficiency. James was so polite, had a great understanding of what he was doing talking us through the installation and set up the app ready for use, a few weeks later I had an issue with the app connecting and wanted to add my partner to it so we could both use our phones to control the heating when we was home separately, James talked us through the setup over the phone and within a few minutes we was up and running again, no task seems to be any trouble for such a great guy running a great business. We have asked them back in the next couple of days to install our Ring doorbell too. Regards Sally
