What are the benefits of installing an unvented cylinder?
The benefits of an unvented cylinder are great, if you have the space, then it really is a no brainer, I'd only advise against it if you lived alone in a small one bedroom property. Unvented cylinders have come down alot in recent years, and water mains tend to be more appropriate then the passed decade, I'm almost certain that nobody would trade in their unvented cylinder system for any other type of system.
What is the best smart thermostat in 2020?
This completely depends on the boiler and system that it's being installed into, also the customers budget needs to be taken into account, and any further additions that the customer plans to make, like smart trvs, cameras, doorbells etc etc, I know from personal experience that the nest is the most popular by far, but that doesn't make it the best.
What is the best combi boiler?
There is a boiler for every budget, if fitted properly and taken care of properly with a service to the way the manufacturer asks, then almost all boilers will last its shelf life, some come with more features, more power, more flow rate as a result, some have longer warranties, some are smaller for cupboard fit, yet some don't need to be cupboard fit if installed in a loft or garage, some can be fitted outside. This question has so many avenues to explore before giving you the answer. In my personal opinion the answer is 'the best combi boiler is the one that best suits the jobs requirements and customers budget'
