About Westons Plumbing & Heating Ltd
My company was established in November 2012. I completed a full apprenticeship in NVQ level 2 & 3 and also completed my gas course to gain my gas safe certification.
I enjoy new installation projects where I can make a home more eco friendly, cost efficient for the customer and also bringing homes up to the new regs.
As a company we don't just do boilers and heating systems we do bathroom installation and kitchens also.
We pride ourselves and the workmen we use on doing very high quality and standards of work from the tiny jobs to the big ones. Quality is a must.
Customer care is also a big thing for us making sure the customer understands and knows exactly what they will be getting and how it is planned to be installed.
Recently the company has gained a few extra tradesmen we can call on to get other works completed for the customer, we have a fully qualified electrician we use with all electrical works, a carpenter, a tiler, painters and now a carpet fitter.
We love big projects as we always enjoy seeing happy customers once works are complete and they are happy.

How much does a new bathroom cost?
this is a rough estimate only most bathrooms are between 8k to 12k depending on size , matetials used , desighn ect . but bathrooms can go way above 30k as yet again depends on materials used. i would say allow 3k to 4k for good bathroom suit 1k to 2k tiles. 1k for all sundries, pipe , fittings, connectors ect and between 3.5k to 5k for installation.
In what order is a bathroom installed?
protect property with carpet roll and dust sheets. rip out old bathroom suit , tiles , flooring run all new supplies (water, waste , electrics) install new 18mm marine ply floor make good walls and ceiling where needed install bath and/or shower tray fully tile walls and floor second fix bathroom suit silicone seal full room clean and remove all carpet / floor protection job completed
How long does it take to fit a new bathroom?
depending on how far the work is going . if the job is a complete rip out and restart i would allow at least 10 working days for all works this would be removal of existing bathroom suit , wall tiles , flooring ect. installation of new pipework and fixings. wall and ceiling works i.e plastering / render if needed. wiring if new lights / fan . tiling decorating and installation of new bathroom suit and fixtures. also depends on room size as some works may be completed faster if smaller space. 10 days is just a rule of thumb i use on complete referb.
