How to remove bath sealant?

We usually use a selection of Stanley knife blades,Olfa knives, craft knives proprietary silicone removal tools and where necessary silicone eater when damage to surrounding areas could be an issue. With the Olfa knife remove the majority of the silicone then using the Stanley blades you can shave the rest of and a final clean with isopropyl

How much does it cost to paint a ceiling?

Really depends on the area and it’s current condition ie do the owners smoke, does paper needs stripping or ceiling needs filling. If I am supplying paint I always use trade not retail so normally 2 coats is sufficient but always prepared for a third if need be. As always it depends on size of ceiling what’s it’s been painted with in the past.

How much does a new bathroom cost?

Varies greatly on fixtures and fittings,tiles, quality of baths/ shower enclosure etc. How much the layout is altered from existing position of stack existing H & C feeds electric. Difficult to answer without clear idea of exactly what customer requires. I am happy to recommend fittings that I have previously had good experiences with and also retailers that I have a good relationship with.
