Phoned Wednesday evening, Stephen advised he would visit next day - Thursday, he messaged me to give me an arrival time. Arrived on time, kept me fully informed during the visit, replaced the pump and left the work area clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and will use again if required. Thank you!

They were prompt, polite, friendly, tidy and worked extremely hard. They went above and beyond to complete the installation and fix a leaking radiator for me. Sent a WhatsApp message to explain about our boiler not working. Received a very quick response followed by a phonecall to help us understand the fault code. Was advised that it was likely a frozen pipe with some safe/easy advice to try to resolve ourselves. Boiler now working and all free of charge! Can't thank Steve enough for reaching out to us after normal work hours and saved us the stress and money of having to call out someone at the weekend. Highly recommend this company! Will certainly use again and hopefully pay them next time for their efforts!
