Steve is fantastic we would highly recommend!! Steve worked with us as we completed a full refurbishment of the house removing all the old and replacing with new. His work was great, always happy to help explaining what he was doing and giving us recommendations. He got his head down and got on with it completing the work quickly and to a high quality.

Our combi boiler died and EDF were unable to fix it so we needed a new boiler and quickly too. We've used Steve a few times in the past and knew the quality of his work and how he always goes the extra mile to help us out. Steve was able to juggle things about and fit us in quickly. We took his recommendation on the boiler and shortly after we had a new Baxi combi fitted. Steve is prompt and is very tidy with his work and once again were grateful to him for helping us out so quickly. If you're looking for a qualified, professional, reasonably priced heating engineer, you just found one.

What is the best smart thermostat in 2020?
My favourites to install and set up are the Nest and the Wiser Thermostats. Both these options are easy to install, easy to set up and easy to use. They both allow full control of heating system and smart learning. The Wiser also has additional connectable thermostatic radiator valve to fully zone each room for the ideal temperature and performance.
Nest vs Hive vs Tado vs Honeywell: Which is the best smart thermostat?
In my opinion. Nest Thermostats are far superior to the other options given here. Nest Thermostats are easy to install and set up without extra hubs connected to your router. They provide smart control of your heating, enabling you to control your heating remotely or simply set time and temperature control to enable the most efficient heating of your house.
What is the average cost for a gas safety certificate?
I Charge £55 for a gas safety certificate with extra appliances charged at £25. This covers all relevant sections of the Lgsi form and gives you knowledge of the safety of your appliances and pipework, whilst making you aware of any faults or recommendations. Gas Safety Certificates are useful for homeowners but are mainly used for rental properties to ensure appliances are safe for tenants.
