The engineer come to my property to fix a problem with the central heating through insurance claim There was no problem with the hot water at this point The engineer found that the pump was the problem and to his credit he got the central heating back on But before the problem I left the hot water on continuous and was no problem But now if I leave it on continuous the boiler does not turn off and there is a constant demand for hot water. When I explained this to the engineer he said there was nothing he could do. When I said I would leave a bad review he then said he could fix this free of charge then changed his mind and said I should go back to my insurance company to get this sorted Granted this job was done through my insurance but if this was my company I would want to get it sorted I have a 6 week old baby and last thing I want is problems with hot water or central heating Maybe he is different if your a paying customer but if your getting any work done via insurance make sure you check all things are working like before If you do not believe the above I have the message to prove what was said etc

When I refurbished my house, Roman designed and install for me, a complete new highly efficient central heating system with new boiler , new pressurized water tank and a 'Low Loss Header System' with multi pumps. Very good work within the budget and on time. Strongly recomend his services.

So so pleased with this company, Roman was brilliant on the phone, and did an excellent job of removing the old back boiler and cylinder, replacing with a combi boiler. They did everything they could to complete the work in one day. This was all done at a fantastic price beating the lowest quote we received by more than £1000. I highly recommend this company

What is the best combi boiler?
Been installer for many years, installing Vaillants , Worchesters and more .Now strarting to install Baxi 600,they are : easy to fit,simple and customers like them too, quality build (brass parts), easy to service,good costs , wether comp in the flue option ,grate support from local rep .
What is a condensing boiler & how do condensing boilers work?
In order to understand what a condensing boiler does, you need to first take a look at non-traditional boilers. Standard boilers burn gas or oil to heat up water. This reaction leaves water vapour and CO2 as by-products. In non-condensing boilers, these excess gases are normally released through the flue pipe. These gases have heat energy that is lost to the atmosphere, meaning you get less heat! In contrast, condenser boilers pass the waste gases to either a larger or additional heat exchanger, extracting even more heat. The excess gases cool and condense into a liquid called condensate (hence the name of condenser boiler!). Since April 1, 2005, all new boilers installed in the UK must be a condensing boiler. Building regulations state that condensing boilers are mandatory, whether you are installing a boiler into your existing system or constructing a newly-built property.
