Sam was excellent knew straight away what the issue was (a valve had failed) and replaced with no fuss. Arrived bang on time and pointed out other potential issues without any pressure to have the work completed. A breath of fresh air after trying to get this sorted out with several other plumbers. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Have used Rubber duck for more than 5 years, including fitting boiler and regular servicing of everything each year. This year I also needed a gas cooker fitting, along with a supply. As always - on time, reasonably priced, polite, tidy and great quality work. Highly recommended

Sam was recommended by a friend and I shall be recommending him in the future. His lead time was short, he was very punctual and clearly knows what he is doing. Left everything in better shape than he found it (my builders hadn't sealed the toilet to the floor or wall, for example). Very fast worker who gets on with the job (though very friendly and pleasant also) and leaves everything clean and tidy. Thanks, Sam!

Sam and Andrew completed an excellent and thorough job on a new boiler installation (including removing the old boiler, flushing out the pipes, and many other accompanying jobs to ensure the new boiler was up and running efficiently).
