The Baxi 800 series would be my suggested Boiler. Comes with a 10 year warranty comes with ADEY magnaclean filter & will fit in a standard kitchen cupboard. The Baxi 600 is also a decent option, comes with a 7 year warranty, will fit a standard kitchen cupboard but doesn’t come with filter.

I’d recommend the Baxi 630 7 yr warranty or the Baxi 830 if you want a 10 yr warranty. Both boilers are 30kw outputs and provide good flow rates for hot water. These are compact boilers that will fit in to a wall mounted kitchen unit making them a great option. They are backed up by an excellent warranty through the manufacturer. Great all round boiler for reliability, cost and size.

The Baxi Platinum and Duotec boilers are bullet proof. Tried and tested technology, brass components and easy to service and maintain. More recent additions to the Baxi range are the 400 and 600 boilers. These use the same tried and tested technology but have been condensed into a smaller footprint meaning they fit in to a standard kitchen cupboard. All backed by impressive warranties and priority service if installed by a Baxi Approved Installer.

Here at SDW Plumbing and Heating, I recommend the baxi 600 series. It’s baxi’s latest boiler and comes in different kilowatt sizes to suit all house types. Easy to install and commission and great to work on. Very much like the duotec and Platinum range but smaller and lighter. If I’m a budget the baxi 400 series is a cheaper version but still a great little boiler.

Without a doubt the best boilers make for medium sized properties in the uk is the Baxi Duo-Tech it comes complete with a 7 year manufactors warranty. Being a fairly big size boiler makes them great to work on (if ever you have to that is) also they are build from quality components, so it will give the customer trouble free running for many years. They provide brilliant hot water flow rates depending on the size of boiler which is selected for the property and great central heating outputs too. All in all brilliant bit of kit.

The Baxi Duo Tec and Baxi Platinum Boiler Ranges are very robust and reliable boilers that are proven over time, we have been installing them for over 8 years and servicing and maintaining them as well. When installed by a Baxi recognized installer like ourselves they come with a 7 year peace of mind warranty whats not to like.

In our opinion, you can’t beat the baxi duo-tec with 7 year warranty It’s a proven boiler and has worked well for over 8 years We as a company fit about 30 a year and to be honest never see these boilers again until it’s service time We Would highly recommend this boiler for any property
