What is the best Baxi boiler for a 2-3 bedroom house?
The Baxi 800 series would be my suggested Boiler. Comes with a 10 year warranty comes with ADEY magnaclean filter & will fit in a standard kitchen cupboard. The Baxi 600 is also a decent option, comes with a 7 year warranty, will fit a standard kitchen cupboard but doesn’t come with filter.
What is the best smart thermostat in 2020?
I like the Honeywell lyric t6, I’ve fitted quite a few of these with no complaints. It gives greater control of the heating via smartphone or tablet & uses geofencing (location based temperature control) via the app using your smartphone location to determine when you’re home or away. Saving energy when you're away, ensuring the temperature is just right when you return. It has a user friendly touch screen display, is fully programmable & It’s compatible with Apple HomeKit, Amazon Echo, Google Home and IFTTT.
What is the best combi boiler?
At the moment I would recommend the Baxi 800 series available with output from 25-36kw. Competitively priced & with a 10 year warranty & ADEY magnaclean micro 2 in the box with the boiler. Another plus is that most components are brass.
