We charge £80 inc vat for a gas safety inspection, also know as a lgsr. The engineer would take around 45 minutes to an hour depending how many appliances you have in your property. We are based in Harlow, Essex and the prices may vary up and down the country from £50-£100 approximately.

I Charge £55 for a gas safety certificate with extra appliances charged at £25. This covers all relevant sections of the Lgsi form and gives you knowledge of the safety of your appliances and pipework, whilst making you aware of any faults or recommendations. Gas Safety Certificates are useful for homeowners but are mainly used for rental properties to ensure appliances are safe for tenants.

We charge £50 for the 1st appliance and £10 each for any additional appliances. A gas safety certificate should be carried out annually in rented accommodation however we recommend this should be carried out on all properties for safety. This involves checking gas pipework, boiler, flue analysis , safety devices , stability, earth bonding, gas meter, cookers fires, water heaters etc.

Heatwize plumbing and heating charges £60 plus vat for a gas safety inspection. Generally it is landlords that require them for their properties, however, homeowners often like the reassurance that a safety inspection provides. You can shop around for cheaper prices, however if you find a good plumber, we’d recommend you stick with them.
