Since we moved into our properly in 2006 we had a vision to create our dream bathroom. After a lot of vision and research we are delighted to have chosen Dave and his team to bring our vision to reality. Dave and his team were professional, polite, organised and were always available when needed so we could discuss update and new ideas / sourcing of materials etc. Their work was of an exceptional standard and their attention to details was excellent. Dispute the challenges ( due to our build) they overcame this and adapted their service and instalment when necessary and I am so delighted to now have the bathroom I had wished for to so long. As always refurbs can be disruptive but I enjoyed having Dave and his team around and even managed to continue working from home too! I can’t them enough and highly recommend you get in touch to explore any works you may require, you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much !

We had a recurring leak to our mains inlet pipe in a very tight spot under our fitted sink unit. A previous plumber did a poor repair that failed flooding the kitchen. Charlie arrived early having phoned ahead, got down to the job and fixed it with new pipework cleanly and efficiently. We left the unit open to dry out more as Charlie had tried to hoover out as much water as possible and a couple of days later all is good again. Would use DA again without fail.

This was a complex issue - a corroded pipe behind tiling. The problem was solved really efficiently, the tiles removed, the bathroom made good and the pipe replaced. This is a fantastic plumbing company and I would highly recommend it for any job big or small. I will also return to this company for future jobs.

What is the average cost for a gas safety certificate?
We charge £80 inc vat for a gas safety inspection, also know as a lgsr. The engineer would take around 45 minutes to an hour depending how many appliances you have in your property. We are based in Harlow, Essex and the prices may vary up and down the country from £50-£100 approximately.
How to bleed a radiator?
Turn off the boiler, heating and hot water. Grab yourself a radiator key and put it into the bleed point on the radiator and turn 1/2 turn anticlockwise, have a rag handy to catch any water. Once you have water appear from the bleed point close it using the key. Check the pressure on the boiler and restart the heating.
Why is my radiator cold?
As obvious as it sounds, make sure it is switched on, turn both valves anti-clockwise and switch the heating on. Next you could try bleeding the radiator, make sure you know how to refill the system if you have a sealed system such as a combi boiler. If neither of these resolve the issue we would recommend calling in a trusted local plumber.
