No two rooms are the same so each room needs to be priced individually. You will need to take into account the price of what needs to be done for instance how much prep work that needs to be done, also how big or small each room is. Some painters will quote you a better price if you have more than one room to be decorated. Last and not least what paint you consider using can make a big increase to the overall price.

It will vary from house to house and room to room .Size ,amount of preparation needed to walls, frames ,doors etc I have priced rooms from 350 (labour only) to 1500 (including materials)but has you can see from the wide variation in prices we are talking totally different sized rooms so its worth having each room individually priced to see the difference

Too many variables to state a number, but let's look at the factors to consider: Size of room(height, length and width): This will affect the time it takes to prepare and decorate. Condition of existing decoration: This will also affect the time it takes to prepare and decorate. Degree of colour change: This will affect the number of coats of paint necessary to finish the ceiling, walls and woodwork in new colours. How many doors and windows: The more elements thare are to paint in any given room, the more time it takes to complete. Room space: An empty room is quicker to decorate than a fully furnished room, including books/bookshelves, cupboards and contents, rugs and carpets, and even lighting. All of these elements if left in place, will add to the cost.

Can be very varied, there isn't one straight answer for this really. I've done a box room for £200 and I've done a living room for £1100, all depends on materials to be used, amount of preparation required and of course the size of the room. On average looking £350 to £550 for a bedroom and £450 to £750 for a living room.

First of all, for this question, the answers can differ from a person to another because each person or company charge a different price. As a painter, first of all, I have to look at the room to estimate how many materials I would need for the room. Afterwards to calculate the time spend for that room to be properly finished. I would say between 300 -700 pounds depends on the room size, damages and client preference.
