The inspection tyok place when we were told it would and it was done thoroughly and efficiently, without fuss and without inconvieniance to us. At the end of the inspection we were take through the results and advice was given and taken for further which were told was advisable but not essental. All was done politely and well. We had absolutely no complaints at all.

When some additional work was identified he sent photos of what needed to be done, clearly explained the issues, and quoted a reasonable amount to remedy the problem. What is the average cost to rewire a house?
the average cost of a 3 bedroom rewiring is about £3000 -3500 .Its not a definite figure because it depends on the finish required by the customer, standard white finish is cheaper. if the customer is looking decorative finish then it will be a lot more. It also depends if you are going to do the chasing or not

I like the MK or Eaton consumer unit, they are easy to work with plenty of space to terminate the cable. They are solid and reasonably priced , you can get cheaper boards but they are cheaper for a reason, its good to go with trusted brands because if a replacemend part is needed they are easy to get.
