Firstly, Reece was really lovely and approachable. Very friendly, honest and trustworthy. As with everything it doesn't always go the way you plan but no matter what came up, Reece sorted it with a suitable and timely solution. Nothing phased him. He also turned up when he said he would! Incredibly important for customers to manage their time and annual leave. Secondly, his workmanship was excellent and he offered sound advice. Kept everything as clean as he possibly could each day. Really very happy with the results. Overall, would definitely use Reece/Potters Home Improvements again and would recommend him.

What is the best combi boiler?
My go to boiler would have to be a Worcester 4000 30kw combination boiler. It’s build quality is truly outstanding! Accompanied with a 10 year warranty which means peace of mind for both the customer and us. The parts are all easily obtainable for replacements when servicing and the plug and play Worcester on brand programmable thermostat “easy controller” is just that! It links with your smart phone and saves you lots on your heating costs.
