Kevin and his colleague Toby fixed a long list of issues with conservatory roof,...

Kevin and his colleague Toby fixed a long list of issues with conservatory roof, various doors and windows. Changed blown double glazed glass units. Adjusted various windows and their handles which had become difficult to open. Fixed conservatory roof which has leaked any time we get rain but am confident this time Kevin has actually fixed the problem as he found a work around that must have been originally done when the conservatory was installed but needed adjusting to allow the water to run off the roof. Would highly recommend the service, knowledge and friendliness of this family business.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Flexible, responsive, efficient, friendly. I contacted about 20 companies and took quotes from 6, Platinum were the best value and without a doubt the best decision, supplying and fitting 8 windows, French doors and relocating an existing front door within 4 weeks, immediately post covid lockdown had ended. Absolutely superb. Thanks Kevin & guys.

Leak in ceiling in dining room, had several roofers/builders out to see to it, nobody able to stop the leak. But Kevin appears to have done a thorough job and hopefully it will now be fixed. He was very professional, arrived on time, cleared up totally after himself. I have no complaints about his work, and just hope the leak has now gone

I have found Platinum Glazing to be a reliable sub contractor. They submit quotes to me in a timely manner, carry out works on dates specified and supply me invoices with enough details that I can pass on to my clients. I have no problem in recommending this company and staff to other FM service providers out there , or in fact homeowners too, as They have also put in a new shower screen for me at home and a great, electronic cat flap. Happy to recommend.
