Service second to none. Chris faced a few challenges in this installation, but all of them were managed exceptionally well. communication throughout was excellent. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing and heating work done (he also installed my boiler a few months before.

Chris fitted me into his busy schedule to come to look at my leaking radiator. He was very professional and friendly. Explained to me what problem was and fixed it straight away. Very neat and tidy worker. I was very impressed and have asked him to do a few other jobs also.

Old central heating boiler was removed and a new Baxi 830 boiler fitted. All pipework around boiler from previous installer was replaced and fitted neat and tidy. New Google nest was fitted to programme and adjust temperatures, and again a neat and tidy fitting was carried out. Once work was complete everything was explained about the system and all questions answered professionally. All areas were cleaned to a high standard and all paperwork for guarantees was explained. Thank you for the excellent work.

Installed a new water feed to the house as existing lead pipe had a leak. New outside tap, new waste pipe for kitchen, new flush for toilet and fixed a leak on the shower. All done to a high standard and very helpful.

How does underfloor heating work?
Underfloor heating works via a series of pipes, laid in zones, is heated via your boiler or other type of heating system which in turn, heats the floor up (usually a concrete slab) to make it act as a big radiator. This method is perfect for places with high or vaulted ceilings as it keeps the heat constantly rising from the floor. Each room would typically have its own thermostat to help give the user more control and run their system more efficiently
