The promised completion times were not adhered to, finished way later than quote...
The promised completion times were not adhered to, finished way later than quoted, and also left a wake of mess behind him - the trader had to be recalled multiple times to rectify issues (after paying in full!) either missed, not done correctly or problems happened later down the line. 10 months on, we are having issues which are down to poor installation and we have been completely ghosted and have had to get another tradesperson in to rectify these problems....
