Phil, Shane, Scott and the whole team are such nice guys and will give you good advise when you need it . I found Mint through the Houzz app after being let down by someone else. I contacted them through their WhatsApp link and got an immediate reply. Phil came out to give us a quote a few days later. The quote was with us a couple of days later . They have made it really easy to pay on line so we agreed a date and paid a small deposit. We knew they were super busy and would have to wait a few months for it to be done but we were happy to be given an honest eta not an over promise. We were kept in contact with all the way along ( them contacting us , not us chasing them, totally unheard of in my opinion) Work started on the day they said it would and took the time that had been scheduled. Using Mint took out the usual stress of liaising with multiple tradesmen and we now have a beautiful new bathroom.

Can a wet room be installed upstairs?
Yes, wet-rooms can usually be installed upstairs providing it meets certain key factors. If it's installed correctly / as per the manufactures instructions you should have no problems. A site survey should reveal the suitability or options of a wet-area maybe suggested dependant on the room layout & drain position/s | for more info/images visit www.mintplumbing.co.uk
How long does it take to fit a new bathroom?
We usually allow 9 working days to complete most bathroom installations from start to finish, this allows us a little time before the tiler starts if it's needed & it also gives the tiles a day to dry out before we come back to second fix / complete the installation. Of course, the size of the installation can play a part in how long an installation is likely to take, a simple straight swap bathroom could be completed quicker if the client needed a quick turn around.
