What are the advantages / disadvantages of using LED lights?

seeing as now halogen bulbs have been discontinued it seems led are soon to be the only way forward in regards to lighting, you can get upto 60,000 hours out of a led bulb which can last years upon years, they are expensive but they pay for themselves after so long so I can see no down points.

How long does plaster take to dry?

depends on heat of roof and ventilation but I would give it 2 week to be safe, sometimes it can be dry within a week and this is not uncommon, painting whilst wet can put it at risk of mixing in the plaster with the paint and changing the colour of the paint once dried, so I would wait until it's all the same colour.
