What is the average cost to rewire a house?
Costing an rewire!! It’s hard to do so without actually seeing the property, average cost of an standard house rewire can start from £3000 and based what you actually want to have installed. Remember!!!! Having a rewire done is very disruptive to your home and you really need to get it right first time, make sure that you have the right number of sockets in all the right places ( we all know that designs can change in our homes, moving sofas around, changing what room is used for ) it’s always better to put a little more in before making your home special. Don’t worry it’s all in good hands before any works are started a good electrician with help you design your layout.
