Chris replaced our old boiler after it was deemed unrepairable by the service company. Turned up on time as agreed to quote and provided great advice on options available to us, not just on the boiler but also other areas of the heating system I had concerns with. Quote wasn't the cheapest but he inspired our confidence with his professionalism and was aided by a recommendation from our neighbours who'd had some significant work completed just prior. Onsite Chris worked professionally and quickly to get everything installed, making sure everything was done the "right way" not necessarily the easy way, keeping us updated on-progress. Job was completed to a high standard, on time and on price. Will be having Chris back again soon for an unvented water cylinder install.

Our heating had failed. We contacted Chris during the evening and heard back from him within an hour. Later that evening he informed us that he had rearranged his day so that he could visit us first thing. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, had a replacement part with him and resolved the issue within an hour. Amazing prompt, efficient, polite and friendly service.

I am a Surrey based company with over 27 years experience in the industry.
I originally trained as British Gas technical engineer from the age of 16. After 14 years at British Gas i decided in 2007 to leave in order to pursue my dream of running my own successful business & it's gone from strength to strength.
I am Gas Safe registered, unvented hot water cylinder certified & a member of the Safe Contractor scheme. I also carry out works as an approved contractor for Romans letting agent.
I have full public liability insurance & provide a professional, reliable & friendly service for all my customers in the local areas.
Magma Plumbing & Heating Ltd started as a business in order to offer customers reliable, friendly and effective solutions for all types of central heating & plumbing problems.
With a wealth of knowledge and experience within the gas central heating & plumbing industry i am able to specialise in installing, fault finding and servicing most makes and models of boilers and systems, including: Conventional systems, Combination boilers, Condensing boilers and unvented (megaflo type) hot water cylinders.
I pride myself on being able to offer professional informative advice on all work to be carried out within your home.
