Mike has done electrical work for me on several occasions. He really knows what he is doing, does not cut corners and is very clean and tidy. He responded very quickly to this request to wire in the immersion heater in an unvented hot water cylinder which had to be replaced as an emergency job by my plumber. Thanks to Mike I have hot water again !

Mike saved the day on Mother Day. He came to repair an electrical emergency at my parents home. The issue caused the whole house to loose power. Mike diagnosed the issue(s) quickly, called and organised the National Grid on our behalf, and solved the issue professionally and speedily and even repaired the wall for us. He was clear, precise and superbly knowledgeble about the issues, offering invaluable advice to my parents as well following up with a written report on the issue(s) and installation errors that he spotted whilst rectifying their wiring. There are good caring people out there and we found one in Mike - a thousand thanks.

Mr Cox checked the electrics throughout my recently purchased house. He found that there were many inaccuracies in the report I had been given by the sellers, and that much of the work I had been told was necessary did not in fact need to be done, thus saving me considerable expense. Amongst other things he fixed the shower, replaced four new interior lights and some light switches, an outside light, and installed an RCD in the fuse box. At all stages of the work Mr Cox explained what he was doing and why. His work was very thorough, everything was done to a very high standard, he was friendly and courteous, and his bill was far less than I had expected to pay. I cannot imagine ever using another electrician in the future and highly recommend him for any electrical work that might be required.

Good communication and very tidy work. External light fitted with all features requested. Under stairs light, so tidy, I didn’t know it had been completed. Had an emergency call out at the start of lockdown for a failed oven element. Michael arrived promptly and with all the correct PPE, following correct working practices, essential to calm an 8 months pregnant wife. Will be using again fir several other jobs I’ve found.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Mike persisted late through the evening until he found a connection fault that could have sent our house up in flames at any time. A fast worker with all the know-how (he kept me fully informed about what he was checking and why) and would not leave the job until he was sure it was safe... And even hoovered up afterwards! Excellent!
