you can get dimmable led lamps , always check that they are, it will say on the box . depending on manufacturer of the led lamp depends on the dimmer this will also gave to be able to dim leds, you have to ensure the lamps are ok with the make of dimmer you are using . other than that yes you can get led lamps that dim.
What is the average cost to rewire a house?
there's alot to consider with a rewire but depends on specification ie type of finish, downlights, aerial points, data points, etc etc.. and then whether or not its lived in or if its fully furnished or empty if power for fridges and freezers have to be accounted for, a guide would be between 3000 - 5000 on average.
