Within less than 24 hours of a Saturday evening call, Billy was at my house diagnosing my boiler problem. He had purchased the part and fitted it the next day, and my boiler was working normally. I find him friendly, efficient and above all professional. His charges are very fair. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my family and friends.

I needed a boiler repairing for a rented property. Called around and found Lancashire Gas and Heating. The boiler was old and most engineers just wouldn't touch it. He arrived on time, found the fault, sourced the parts and before long the boiler was up and running. He was very professional, meticulous, tidy and best of all competitively priced. A great job and a real character, nothing too small or complex. Will most definitely use his services again.

Waheed came to my rental property 3 times during the 'do up.' His service was great, hence I kept asking him to come back. He does a great job with excellent attention to detail. Also he goes the extra mile to find a cost effective way to make things work, which was a bonus when he installed a new radiator after one sprang a leak. He's friendly, helpful, polite, on time, well priced and trustworthy. I have no doubt I'll be calling Waheed to come to my next property and I've already made a note to ask him to redo the certification in a year's time.
