It is the first time we have used J MW Heating, vey efficient first class service. James went above and beyond to repair a fault . He was telephoned on a Sunday evening with no parts available for the job, and promised he would return on Monday morning and have the heating working. He arrived at 9.20am and the heating was back working at 11am. Amazing, brilliant service,very friendly and proffessional. We will now be using J MW Heating for our future services.

Is a boiler service a legal requirement?
No it isn’t but to continue you the manufactures warranty it is required you keep up servicing every year. £70 (average) to keep up the warranty of your boiler is very little to keep a piece of mind, where every component in the boiler is looked after by the manufacture (during warranty)
How often should a boiler be serviced?
We at JMW Heating recommend servicing your domestic boiler annually Commercial we would recommend hi- annually (summer & winter). It is important to keep regular maintenance to keep up the warranty of the manufacturer. Should you ever have a problem with your boiler within the manufactures warranty contact the installer who then in turn will ring the manufacture
How to re-pressurise a boiler?
Pressurising your boiler is a simple task. On your heating pipework (below the boiler normally) there will be a silver/ threaded hose linking 2 pipes(cold water and return) On there you’ll see two black levers on each side, turn the lever inline with the pipework then you should hear the water flowing through. Wait until the dial reaches 1-1.5bar depending on the size of house then turn off the black levers.

I Met James through a company called CMB,He was a plumber there that was sent out to service/repair my boilers and pipe work at a busy city center hotel.He was Fab! He left them to start up his own company and i knew i had to have him servicing the boilers and plumbing works so i found out his company name and contacted him. Ever since then he has serviced my 9 boilers certified them,serviced the pumps replaced pumps managed a £55,000 boiler install project and repaired some very nasty leaks. i have worked with many plumbers/ contractors in my time but James is by far the Best!
