About JB Electrics

JB Electrics have been trading for 10 years.

We do a lot of domestic work and some commercial electrical work such as McDonalds, Enigma Bikes, Some 5 star guest houses around the Hastings area. We have worked in some Hotels in London like The Stand and Marble Arch Hotels.

We have a sister company running along side JB Electrics called South East Refurb which offers a host of other services such as bathroom and kitchen installs, Painting and decorating all landscaping gardening. Its easier for the client sometimes to have just one company to carry out tasks, this will make the job run smother if its a rewire and will eliminate hold ups from other trades which may be stuck on other jobs.

We do offer free estimates in a 10 mile radius of the post code TN38

What is the average cost to rewire a house?

We price in around £3500 in Hastings area, however all depends on if the house is full of furniture and if the customer would like metal sockets and switches. We don’t Rewire a house if it’s occupied by tenants or customer. We are always happy to help with advice and give a free estimate
