I have found John to be friendly, fair, honest and he keeps his promises. He gets the job done and leaves the work area clean and tidy. This was the latest job he undertook for me and I have never had to call him back to redo a job not done correctly first time. Thus 5 stars all round.

My boiler kept dropping pressure, phoned and made appointment, engineer turned up on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable, finished in good time and cleaned up after, very reasonable rates - what else could you ask for! Highly recommend and would definitely use again without hesitation. D Hardie

Self employed since June 2015, previously employed as a gas engineer on MOD, social housing & new build housing (1st & 2nd fix).
Over 1000 gas boiler installs during that time - this includes straight swap, conversion to pressurised systems and open vent systems.
Full pipework knowledge on both gas & water services
Service and breakdown experience on older boilers such as Baxi bermuda back boiler units & potterton kingfisher mark !! also ideal cavalcade.
Fully trained and conversant with condensing boilers keeping up to date with numerous boiler manufacturer courses of leading manufacturers.
Fully conversant with unvented cylinder installations.
I do not do emergency callouts but can attend within 24 hours in most instances. with same day possible up to 17.00 hrs.
Worked part time as a quality control assessor - assessing both new boiler installations and boiler servicing for social housing and council owned properties.
Free quotes are available up to 15 mile radius of my address with a small charge payable up to 25 miles.

What is the best combi boiler?
It's difficult to pick a best combi boiler because there is no simple answer as it depends on the customers needs, personally I recommend either Vaillant or Baxi this is due to the quality of the boilers also if there is a problem both attend really fast with great customer service.
