What is the best combi boiler?
Baxi with the option of warranties from 2, 5, 7 and 10 years the 600 and 800 series have not had a single warranty call out in all that I’ve fitted which is many across the past 5 years, also I own a Baxi duotec that is 7 years old and has not had a single problem. to date, excellent.
What is the best smart thermostat in 2020?
The nest is great with the open therm option for enabled boilers, the auto schedule that programs the thermostat based on your coming and going habits. It uses your phone proximity to turn off when you are out of the area and forgot to turn it off, it can connect to Alexa and Google for voice control and will work with Mi home thermostatic radiator valves to set different desired temperatures in each room that had one fitted and it connects to Wi-Fi without a separate modem or bridge.
