Matt has fixed and serviced our boiler two years in a row and I can't recommend him highly enough. He provides regular updates before carrying out the job and explains everything in detail during and when completing the work. We're planning to replace our boiler next year and will be asking HeatTech to carry this out for us.

I renovated my bungalow and contacted Matt to get prices and timescales to complete all plumbing and heating work required. He was very reliable, efficient and his prices were very competitive. All the work was completed during this pandemic and Matt gave me reassurance and displayed all hygiene/safety measures in my home. I wouldn’t use any other plumber/heating engineer now and have recommended him to various family & friends who have equally raved about his work. Thankyou again Matt.

2 years ago, whilst building our extension, my husband hit a gas pipe while nailing down the floor boards. He went online and basically phoned the closest gas engineer. We were both pleased with how helpful he was. We were needing to get our boiler serviced, so the other week I went online and found HeatTech, and I booked hoping it was the same company from 2 years ago. It was and again he was very efficient. Our boiler was actually dangerous due to a previous engineer error (not HeatTech). This was picked up straight away and explained to me. It was a simple fix and all is now in order. We will be using HeatTech in future for boiler servicing and any work where we need a gas engineer.

Amazing! Matt visited at very short notice as we had no heating/hot water and water was soaking onto our carpet. First experience with HeatTech and will be the first of many. Would not even look around at competitors now - highly recommend Matt. Words fail me but can say that I have found my 'forever tradesman'. Already planning our next project!

Matt cane out and gave such a professional service takes pride in his profession. He has removed 3 radiators and installed 2 new design radiators in my home and cleaned up behind him . My boiler was also serviced. What a Great job done and a great service I definitely recommend hestech they deliver what the say . Will call again the future. Thank you so much .

Matt did a great job at fixing my boiler. He knew what the problem was by just listening to it and had it fixed in no time. One of few good tradesmen about these days I reckon. I would highly recommend.

Matt was originally requested to take a look at our current (problematic) boiler with potential to quote for replacement with something more efficient. Arrived on time and was happy to make a few repairs to get us heat and water again. We decided to go for a replacement system for peace of mind. Matt provided a reasonable quote and had the job completed in a few days. Really happy with the service and finish, was happy to tell us exactly what he would be doing etc, and left the place pretty tidy afterwards. Really nice guy with a lot of knowledge and left us confident that if anything were to go wrong, that he would put it right. Would definitely use Matt again and would happily recommend him to friends and family.

Matt came and quoted to supply and fit 3 new radiators. Agreed when work would be done and Matt arrived when he said he would, worked all afternoon and tidied up when work complete. Tested that everything was working before he left. Very pleased with his work and cost was competitive compared to others. Would certainly use again and would recommend to others.

We woke up to find our boiler completely dead. we searched locally for a heating engineer and found HeatTech. Matt arrived on time and diagnosed the fault. we were given a fixed price to repair which we agreed to and the boiler was back up and running. Would definetly recommend

Matt was called to install us a replacement boiler as part of our house renovation. He had been recommended by a friend. The job was completed over 2days, at the end of each day the place was left clean and tiday. The job was explained thoroughly before hand and we were kept upto date with progress throughout. Matt reccomended we use a Baxi boiler and we're happy to take advice. Overall the job went very well and we will definitely be using HeatTech again later on in the renovation

We called HeatTech to take a look at our old boiler. We have had problems with it for the last few years and decided to get it changed this year before winter. Matt came and gave us a quote which was very reasonable. He was on time and wore shoe covers in the house as it was a wet day. We were left to get more quotes but decided we would go with HeatTech. On the day of the job we were kept well informed and everywhere was seen to be kept tidy and safe. Afterwards matt tidied up and we had a full demonstration of our new boiler. Matt from HeatTech was called to look at our old Vokera boiler that was noisy and not heating the water very well. We had a few local heating installers quote but found Matt to come across very professional and knowledgeable. He reccomended an Ideal boiler with 10 years guarantee and hive controls. The job was carried out quickly and safely and we couldn't be happier. Will use HeatTech again and reccomend to friends

We hired Matt from HeatTech after searching for a local heating engineer to install a new boiler in our house. Our old boiler was away and we had been given some very high quotes to replace it. Matt reccomended a Baxi boiler that was supplied and fitted at a fantastic price. The job looks neat and tidy and the house was left very tidy, he even mopped the floor! Our 25 year old boiler gave up the ghost, so we contacted a few local companies to quote for replacing it. Matts quote was reasonable and his communication was excellent from the quote stage through to completion. The job was done without fuss and the house was left tidy and clean. Would use again.
