We needed a new boiler to replace an existing, 15 year old one, that had seen better days and had failed us a couple of time in recent past. HEAT Worcester were on hand to offer guidance and professional advice on all aspects of the install, from pipe work to the new smart thermostat. Always on time, always tidy, very precise about their work and always kept us informed about what was going on. They also went above and beyond to ensure that all work was carried out to their high standards and to our total satisfaction. Clearly a company who have seen the bad experiences homeowners can have with other firms and are addressing these in a positive manner, creating a very friendly and professional team, who you can trust.

What are the benefits of installing an unvented cylinder?
If space is a premium and a large amount of water flow is needed then an invented cylinder is the answer. You can have a range of size cylinders depending on demand needed. Demand is based on the number of showers in the property that will be used at once and the volume of water that will be used in a short period of time
What is the best smart thermostat in 2020?
I prefer to recommend a nest stat. It is what I use in my own home. It offers a more attractive appearance than the hive. It also auto monitors movement in the home so it can set to auto away. Lastly it learns the customers behaviours rather than them having to set a schedule although one can be set if the customer wishes
What is the best combi boiler?
This is a very broad question. It depends on what the customer wants and the price range. The pro’s and con’s vary across the manufacturer. I like to understand the customers budget and needs and then advise on options. For high end I advise a vaillant or a worcester. Middle of the road a ideal or a glow worm Budget is main
