Needed my boiler changed fast as possible and got messed around by a few guys until I messaged Grant. Came round the next day on time and I had a quote for repair before the end of the day. Booked us in and had the job completed even faster than I thought it would be. Great communication all the way through and even gave multiple price options depending on what suited me best. Left the room clean and talked us through all he'd done and any concerns. Zero time wasting or messing about which is hard to find these days. I would recommend him to anyone who wants good work doing at a fair and decent rate.

I messaged Grant Southall on Sunday eve I g as our boiler wouldn’t come on and so we were without heating. He replied straight away and came out first thing on Monday morning. He diagnosed the issue and came back the same day and fixed the problem. Excellent service and very reasonable prices - Highly recommended

Grant from Grant John Services identified the problem with our boiler and then gave us various options to consider to remedy the problem. We decided to have a new boiler fitted which was done promptly. Grant also took the time to explain to us the benefits of having a Wi-Fi controller which you can have as an App on your mobile phone and also took us through the basic control system of the new boiler. He didn't pressurise us to buy anything but simply informed us of our options - we were very happy with the way he carried out the work and will certainly be asking him to service and maintain our boiler going forward - we Highly recommend Grant John Services based on our recent personal experience.

Combi boiler was replaced. Grant John Services were recommended by the boiler manufacture Viessmann (they are trained and certified by the company to install and service this make of boiler) when I enquired about a replacement boiler. They turned up on time to quote and explained the options to me. When I accepted the quote they gave me a time and date for fitting within 4 weeks (it was not an urgent job and I was on holiday for one of the weeks) and texted me the day before to confirm what time they would arrive. Whilst they did the work I left the house to work in a nearby coffee shop, and they texted me to tell me when the work was complete. The installer explained how to operate the boiler and what temperature they had set the water at. I have underfloor heating, so they had also checked the programmer for both zones and bled the bathroom radiator. The old boiler had been removed and the cabinet doors and other items they had to move to complete the installation had been replaced. The installers were polite and friendly and tidy.

I had an 11 year old Vaillant boiler that had been problematic pretty much since it had been installed. Grant had serviced the boiler on a couple of occasions but identified that the boiler wasn't really suitable for running 20 radiators and suggested a Veissmann alternative. Although probably not the cheapest of boilers, Grant went tot he rouble of sending me various videos from the manufacturer to help me understand exactly what I was getting. The install took a full day, plus an extra hour or so for some additional bits and pieces. When finished, all of my radiators were working again. The pipework is more complicated than the original, but looks much neater now.

My Mom was looking after my house while we were on holiday when the boiler started to leak very badly. Called Grant but he was on holiday BUT still answered the call and came as promised as soon as he got back. Sadly the boiler was a write off but knowing we had 4 small children he got Mom a quote to replace within half an hour and Stuart came on Fathers Day to do the job which was an amazing help as I work nights and Monday to Friday need to sleep during the day. He arrived at 8am as promised and was finished by lunchtime. Cannot rate this company enough. Half the price of British gas and within 5 days we had the house made safe, a quote in and the job done. I called Grant as we had a large funeral due to arrive and no toilets working. He came within the hour got one of the toilets working straight away and came back with the parts for the other. Somebody who knows what he is doing, Very friendly and helpful. Come out to fix our boiler at short notice after we was let down by someone else. I was very worried as i was stuck at work a little longer then i should be, as my mother is old i did not want anyone telling her she needed unnecessary work doing or over pricing the job, this man did not such thing, kept to his word and got the job done. Grant and his colleague, Stuart, were polite and tidy. They completed the job within a day (all other companies has stated it would take two days). We are thrilled with the outcome. On offering the quote Grant provided 3 possible boilers ranging from budget to top end, without any pressure to spend more than you could afford, and was available to offer advice and answer our many questions. Grant was very helpful and informative when discussing the merits of repairing versus replacing our boiler and providing costings for repair and three possible replacements. He also came back to answer some further questions before we decided to replace the boiler. The work was carried out to suit our timetable. He arrived early on the agreed date and as promised it was completed within a day. Everything was left clean and tidy and operation of the system and remote thermostat was explained.

Grant first came to see me the same evening after contacting him about a new boiler . He gave me some fantastic advise went through a range of boilers he even sent me a link so I could check out the spec of the boilers for myself . He sent me a quote to which I was more than happy with and then a date to do the job that suited me . On the day grant came at the time he agreed removed the old boiler from my kitchen and installed it in the old airing cupboard . The boiler is amazing . I went for the Viessmann boiler and would highly recommend . His workmanship is second to non. Cleaned up after him self and gave me a full walk through of the boiler . Great professional service .
