Needed my boiler changed fast as possible and got messed around by a few guys until I messaged Grant. Came round the next day on time and I had a quote for repair before the end of the day. Booked us in and had the job completed even faster than I thought it would be. Great communication all the way through and even gave multiple price options depending on what suited me best. Left the room clean and talked us through all he'd done and any concerns. Zero time wasting or messing about which is hard to find these days. I would recommend him to anyone who wants good work doing at a fair and decent rate.

I messaged Grant Southall on Sunday eve I g as our boiler wouldn’t come on and so we were without heating. He replied straight away and came out first thing on Monday morning. He diagnosed the issue and came back the same day and fixed the problem. Excellent service and very reasonable prices - Highly recommended

Grant from Grant John Services identified the problem with our boiler and then gave us various options to consider to remedy the problem. We decided to have a new boiler fitted which was done promptly. Grant also took the time to explain to us the benefits of having a Wi-Fi controller which you can have as an App on your mobile phone and also took us through the basic control system of the new boiler. He didn't pressurise us to buy anything but simply informed us of our options - we were very happy with the way he carried out the work and will certainly be asking him to service and maintain our boiler going forward - we Highly recommend Grant John Services based on our recent personal experience.

Grant responded to an enquiry regarding a gas leak immediately and arrived the following morning to get the job done! I used GJS to install a fabulous boiler and very pleased with the work! Work was carried out efficiently, tidy and to a very high standard by bath grant and Stuart. A very fair price too! Will definitely use again. Thanks so much guys.
