Dan originally came to do a simple job but before he arrived I suddenly had a leak from my upstairs bathroom into my kitchen. Dan dropped everything and found the source, fixed it, and I am so relieved and happy. I am very grateful to Dan for going above and beyond and helping me out in a tricky situation. I had a leaky boiler and no hot water. The first visit diagnosed the hot water issue and advice was given about which part to purchase (as it was something I could fit myself) and once the boiler parts were ready a second visit saw the leaky boiler fixed quickly. Genuinely couldn't recommend any higher and am glad to be able to relax having found a plumber to confidently call on... (but hopefully, I won't have to).

We had a water leak from a toilet and called Dan who managed to come round the same day between jobs. He diagnosed the problem and went to get a spare part from the builders merchants and came back and fitted it. Very polite and very tidy - would certainly recommend
