Hot water tank blew, British Gas came and allegedly fixed it. Clearly this wasn't the case and we got in touch with Ross at Family Gas. From advising that the tank was finished on the Thursday, Ross was able to order a new combi boiler, install it and remove the old tank within a few days. Excellent service throughout, kept us fully in the picture throughout, excellent service and value for money.

Ross did a fantastic job installing my gas central heating. He phoned me in advance to give me advice on how to set up with SGN and arrived on time to complete the job professionally and to the highest standard. The central heating system is working effectively. I would certainly recommend him to others.

Ross was professional and friendly. The job was completed to a high standard and all additional requests were handled with speed and efficiency. All comunication was prompt and clear. The price charged was very competitive. On what was quite a fiddly job in an awkward space, Ross had a great can-do attitude that made working with him and his team a pleasure.

What is the best combi boiler?
Viessman vitoden 100 , it has a stainless heatexchanger , better than aluminium as does not let in as much air. Quality built boilers, easy to maintain and easy to use controls, it has a joined pressure relief valve with the condensate trap . 10 year warranty gives a great piece of mind
