I cannot praise Dual Fuel Domestic Ltd enough. We moved into our property in Sept 22. Since then we have spent over £860 on other plumber fees every time it broke. My mum’s old gas boiler had also recently broken, and she’d used Dual Fuel and recommended them to me. Nathan was incredibly helpful, responding to my Facebook messages even out of hours and getting to me as early as possible for a quote so I didn’t have to miss too much work. The price was reasonable considering how difficult it is to find a plumber who can offer oil services. Originally we made the decision to keep repairing the boiler due to our upcoming wedding. However when it stopped working for the second time in a fortnight I contacted Nathan again and asked for the soonest his team could come. The communication I have received has been first class. I was never made to feel like I was fussing, or being a pain. I even received a FB message early the following morning to check the heating had come on and that we were nice and toasty! The cleanliness had been amazing! Had I not known they’d been, and the old boiler and tank being removed, I’d never had known they had been! The new oil boiler is fitted outside our home, and as demonstration of their respect, they even put down a cardboard mat across the grass to stop it being churned up as they walked back and forth across it! I honestly cannot recommend the team highly enough. 5 stars really is not enough. Thank you so much!
