I was referred to Dave on a Tuesday afternoon and he was at my property by 6pm that evening. Advised I had a leak in the boiler and a new part would be required to fix it. Set my expectations around how long the part would take to arrive and kept in touch before coming back the Saturday after to sort the issue and service the boiler at the same time. Great service, great advice and very helpful.
