They turned up when they said, did the jobs we asked them for (even the additional work we had not discussed in detail) in a professional manner and at a price that I saw as reasonable. Took a little longer than we thought, but having to redo badly done previous work slowed them down.

Contact with him also greT, he responds in a good time frame. On site, he is professional. Talks us through in layman's terms. He is efficient and friendly. We will certainly use again.

Simon arrived as promised and kept us informed when he had to delay due an accident in town which held him up for a while but still arrived at the stated time. The work was carried out expertly and without fuss with a very friendly manner. He even got on well with our two dogs!!
