I contacted Kevin with regards to decorating our newly purchased bungalow. Every room needed painting and all the woodwork (and there is a lot)! all needed rubbing down and varnishing. From the moment we met Kevin and Dave we knew we were in good hands, their professionalism and expertise made us feel very comfortable to entrust the work with them. Kevin, Dave and Phil were an absolute pleasure to work with and have in our home, because of them our once very tired and white bungalow, now looks full of life and warmth. Highly recommend and can’t wait to have them back for the bathrooms!

Can you paint matt over silk paint?
Yes you can do it I would always clean down the wall first to remove any dirt and grease that may hamper the paint from adhering. Then you will need to give the silk paint a good sanding all over to remove the sheen. Or you could use various primers or PVA type products such as Gardz or probably a B.I.N product. Hopefully it helps you.
How much does it cost to paint a house interior?
It really depends on the size of the property the condition of the walls and ceiling’s and woodwork. As this will affect the time spent on preparation etc So their is no hard and fast answer plus charges will vary from decorator to decorator. I suppose for me a average per room is generally £450 - £650 depending on the size and customer requirements etc.
How much does it cost to paint a ceiling?
This depends many different factors that need to be considered including the size and the condition ie what preparation is needed,and how many coats etc. So it the ceiling has popped nail holes or cracks or coving etc This will obviously take longer to do,thus this will affect the price.
