We have used Bear regularly for our gas safety inspections and when necessary to repair our boilers for a number of years now. We have never had anything other than great service and expert advice. As landlords it's imperative for us to have our problems sorted first time and quickly, they liaise with tenants and take all the hassle out of our hands. Would definitely recommend using them

What is the best smart thermostat in 2020?
Nest is the best smart thermostat, it has a built in learning algorithm that actually programs itself as you use it and if your schedule changes, just by engaging with the thermostat it will learn and reprogram your schedule. Also by far the easiest user interface. If the app or screen is orange it's on.
What is the best combi boiler?
Viessmann 100, has the best modulation ratio on the market meaning it can use the least energy as your property starts to heat. They have a patented wide bore main heat exchanger which encourages better condensation for further increased energy efficiency and they don't block as easily with debris that may break off radiators as the system ages.
Why does my kitchen sink smell like rotten eggs?
There can be rotten food debris stuck inside the overflow pipe and also in the trap below. Sometime using a cleaning product can help alleviate the smell by pouring it down the overflow if that's where the debris is. Sometimes a new waste, overflow or trap is the best solution. You can try to disassemble the trap if you're on a budget but new ones cost very little and you are not then reliant on old washers to reseal properly.
